Grateful for Marshall at Integrity!! As a first time brick and mortar business owner, I was so lost in Insurance Lingo- he was so patient with me and explained my coverage for my yoga studio in terms that I could understand! Very kind gentleman! I’m so glad I was referred to him!

I switched providers due to a very large increase in homeowners insurance from Am Fam. I found a number of agencies and providers with similar prices, but Larry at Integrity had a very good knowledge (due to his experience) and took the time to answer all of my many questions.

Very easy to work with to keep policy in place. Professional .Tim was very knowledgeable and saved me money.

If there was any way to give Integrity Insurance 10 stars, I would do it. I was extremely unhappy with my last insurance company so went looking for new insurance. I stopped at Integrity Insurance where I met Jan Madill, she took me into her office and with her fantastic computer program found the least expensive insurance with even better coverage for soooooo much less than I was paying. She spent the time needed and found exactly what I both wanted and needed at the price I could afford. I've had my auto insurance through Integrity for the last two years. I have two vehicles and have fuul coverage on one and liability on the other. Integrity is the best! After 30+ years we made the decision to leave our prior insurance company and proudly made the switch to Integrity Insurance with my brother, Matthew Harmon as our new go-to! This was not a "being supportive" switch either!! I made him do the leg work and he did an amazing job!! He found that we were paying unnecessary insurance, added road side assistance (which we apparently didn't have when Dalton had his wreck), and full windshield replacement!! I have only had two claims in my driving life, and one with Integrity. One phone call to my Agent Steve Lewis, he stepped in making sure that I was okay and all my needs were met. Had a small problem with the rental car, but called Steve and all was taken care of by the end of the day.Everything else went smoothly, because of Steve with every question answered. I love the old school CUSTOMER SERVICE he provides, which is above and beyond what is expected of him. Thanks to Integrity Insurance and Steve Lewis, I know I am well taken care of.
