Customer Service has ALWAYS been the cornerstone of our mission statement for Integrity Insurance Agency. In this age of online everything, it is sometimes difficult to know how to balance the demand for service through improved technology and service through that good old fashioned face-to-face, “service with a smile” relationship.
This e-newsletter is an example of what we’re doing to try to take advantage of technology in order to improve our service to you. We have spent several months now working to formalize and standardize our approach to our annual review with our customers and are excited to announce the results of this effort.
Integrity Assurance Assessment is our commitment to you, our valued customer, that we will be contacting you to arrange a time to sit down and thoroughly review your family’s situation on an annual basis. Our goal is to meet with you approximately 30-60 days prior to insurance renewal each year. We will discuss any changes to your life circumstance and/or goals for the future.
Scott Souther will be taking the lead in trying to make sure that you are contacted in a timely manner and your Integrity Assurance Assessment is conveniently scheduled for you. Scott is Jan and Marshall’s son-in-law. He got his insurance licenses for both Property/Casualty and Life/Health in 2013. He has been specializing in the Life/Health side of the business, focusing on Senior Market advising in the ever frustrating world of Medicare and Obamacare. All this gives Scott an excellent perspective of the BIG picture and how all of the pieces need to work together in your plan.
