Allison was very thorough in reviewing my health insurance options. She answered all my questions and was very patient. And, best of all, she handled all the paperwork to get me enrolled in my plan. This is my second year working with her and I know I can call her anytime during the year if anything comes up with my coverage or billing.

I like them because they have well informed employees and the kicker is they have monthly insurance payments which works best for me at reasonable prices.

Nothing but good for Integrity, except this year they were really off by not doing their job, I went out on my own an saved about $1500 and that is apples to apples. One has to realize that Integrity draws a commission so I can see reluctance on their part if they can't make $$. Sorry but took my business away from Integrity.

No nonsense. I said "lowest price", and I was given sime corners to choose to cut to drop the premium low enough that it felt like cheating.

After 30+ years we made the decision to leave our prior insurance company and proudly made the switch to Integrity Insurance with my brother, Matthew Harmon as our new go-to! This was not a "being supportive" switch either!! I made him do the leg work and he did an amazing job!! He found that we were paying unnecessary insurance, added road side assistance (which we apparently didn't have when Dalton had his wreck), and full windshield replacement!! Now our payments are significantly lower than we were paying with our prior insurance company, even with the added options! We switched to Integrity and couldn't be happier. We had no idea what coverage we were missing until Marshall sat down with us and went over everything, personalizing our policy. Send paperwork by mail so I know what policies I have. When they expire. And the cost of each policy individually. Accounting is questionable. Received two pieces of mail same day. One was a bill for $1400 +\- other was a check for same amount

Jan and Marshal were wonderful to work when I first got my insurance with them. Even offered to help me settle up a claim with another insurance company. That's what I call being helpful. I have only had two claims in my driving life, and one with Integrity. One phone call to my Agent Steve Lewis, he stepped in making sure that I was okay and all my needs were met. Had a small problem with the rental car, but called Steve and all was taken care of by the end of the day.
Everything else went smoothly, because of Steve with every question answered. I love the old school CUSTOMER SERVICE he provides, which is above and beyond what is expected of him. Thanks to Integrity Insurance and Steve Lewis, I know I am well taken care of.
