Erikka Stafford

Erikka Stafford is a customer service specialist at Integrity Insurance Agency in our Topeka location. She grew up in Rossville, KS and moved her Junior year in Highschool to Greenbrier, AR where she graduated high school. Attended Central Babtist College on scholarship for Volleyball. Later went to the University of Arkansas of Morrilton for graphic design. On the side of getting married and becoming a mother she decided to try beauty school and became a licensed nail tech, before welcoming her 2^nd child and becoming a stay-at-home mom for the next decade while welcoming her 3^rd child.

Erikka joined Integrity Insurance in the beginning of 2024, helping clients with their insurance needs. Prior to joining Integrity Insurance, she was a Bookkeeper at Dillons. Dillons helped shape her customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

Outside of work, Erikka is actively involved in supporting her children in all their events which include football, wrestling, baseball, select choir, gymnastics, cheerleading and competitive dance.

She currently resides in Silve Lake, KS with her husband Skip, and their children Destiny, Preston and Gentry.

Nice/friendly easy to get car insurance and a good price

This company cares about each client they have. Very professional and intelligent customer service. You should switch all of your insurance needs to this company. I did a year ago and it was the best thing I have ever done.

Grateful for Marshall at Integrity!! As a first time brick and mortar business owner, I was so lost in Insurance Lingo- he was so patient with me and explained my coverage for my yoga studio in terms that I could understand! Very kind gentleman! I’m so glad I was referred to him!

I switched providers due to a very large increase in homeowners insurance from Am Fam. I found a number of agencies and providers with similar prices, but Larry at Integrity had a very good knowledge (due to his experience) and took the time to answer all of my many questions.

Very easy to work with to keep policy in place. Professional .Tim was very knowledgeable and saved me money.

Friendly and very helpful setting up our business insurance!

If there was any way to give Integrity Insurance 10 stars, I would do it. I was extremely unhappy with my last insurance company so went looking for new insurance. I stopped at Integrity Insurance where I met Jan Madill, she took me into her office and with her fantastic computer program found the least expensive insurance with even better coverage for soooooo much less than I was paying. She spent the time needed and found exactly what I both wanted and needed at the price I could afford. I Very Highly Recommend Integrity Insurance to anyone needing insurance with wonderful customer service and great prices.

Tim found me a great rate on car and home insurance. I just purchased a new home and he saved me enough to lower my monthly payment over what USAA wanted. ThanksDown graded to a three. One of the benefits when he sold me car insurance was they have several companies. That way you can get the best price. When renewal went up a lot he could not be bothered to shop around. He said he couldn’t be bothered to jump to a different company. That’s not how it works. If the house insurance jumps again it’s gone too

After 30+ years we made the decision to leave our prior insurance company and proudly made the switch to Integrity Insurance with my brother, Matthew Harmon as our new go-to! This was not a "being supportive" switch either!! I made him do the leg work and he did an amazing job!! He found that we were paying unnecessary insurance, added road side assistance (which we apparently didn't have when Dalton had his wreck), and full windshield replacement!! Now our payments are significantly lower than we were paying with our prior insurance company, even with the added options! I have only had two claims in my driving life, and one with Integrity. One phone call to my Agent Steve Lewis, he stepped in making sure that I was okay and all my needs were met. Had a small problem with the rental car, but called Steve and all was taken care of by the end of the day.Everything else went smoothly, because of Steve with every question answered. I love the old school CUSTOMER SERVICE he provides, which is above and beyond what is expected of him. Thanks to Integrity Insurance and Steve Lewis, I know I am well taken care of.
