Matt Harmon

Matt is a Commercial Producer in our Burlington location. He grew up in Leroy, KS, and later went to Emporia State University where he earned his Masters of Business Administration with a focus in accounting. Matt moved back to Coffey County in 2015 to live closer to both his and his wife’s families and to start a family of their own in the community that they love.

Matt joined Integrity Insurance in 2021 as a Producer. His primary focus is on Commercial Insurance, but he thoroughly enjoys helping clients with their home, auto, and life insurance as well. Prior to joining Integrity, Matt spent 10 years in the sales and sales training industries working for T-Mobile and Honda.

He currently resides in Burlington with his wife Jessica and their two children Jaxon and Olivia.

Outside of work, Matt is involved with his children’s extracurricular activities and competing in Men’s recreation center basketball leagues. Matt is a self-proclaimed sports fanatic, as a die-hard KU Jayhawks and Dallas Cowboys fan. He also frequently competes in fantasy sports even qualifying for the Fantasy Football World Championships in 2015.

Nice/friendly easy to get car insurance and a good price

This company cares about each client they have. Very professional and intelligent customer service. You should switch all of your insurance needs to this company. I did a year ago and it was the best thing I have ever done.

Grateful for Marshall at Integrity!! As a first time brick and mortar business owner, I was so lost in Insurance Lingo- he was so patient with me and explained my coverage for my yoga studio in terms that I could understand! Very kind gentleman! I’m so glad I was referred to him!

I switched providers due to a very large increase in homeowners insurance from Am Fam. I found a number of agencies and providers with similar prices, but Larry at Integrity had a very good knowledge (due to his experience) and took the time to answer all of my many questions.

Very easy to work with to keep policy in place. Professional .Tim was very knowledgeable and saved me money.

If there was any way to give Integrity Insurance 10 stars, I would do it. I was extremely unhappy with my last insurance company so went looking for new insurance. I stopped at Integrity Insurance where I met Jan Madill, she took me into her office and with her fantastic computer program found the least expensive insurance with even better coverage for soooooo much less than I was paying. She spent the time needed and found exactly what I both wanted and needed at the price I could afford. Tim found me a great rate on car and home insurance. I just purchased a new home and he saved me enough to lower my monthly payment over what USAA wanted. ThanksDown graded to a three. One of the benefits when he sold me car insurance was they have several companies. That way you can get the best price. When renewal went up a lot he could not be bothered to shop around. He said he couldn’t be bothered to jump to a different company. That’s not how it works. If the house insurance jumps again it’s gone too

After 30+ years we made the decision to leave our prior insurance company and proudly made the switch to Integrity Insurance with my brother, Matthew Harmon as our new go-to! This was not a "being supportive" switch either!! I made him do the leg work and he did an amazing job!! He found that we were paying unnecessary insurance, added road side assistance (which we apparently didn't have when Dalton had his wreck), and full windshield replacement!! Now our payments are significantly lower than we were paying with our prior insurance company, even with the added options! I have only had two claims in my driving life, and one with Integrity. One phone call to my Agent Steve Lewis, he stepped in making sure that I was okay and all my needs were met. Had a small problem with the rental car, but called Steve and all was taken care of by the end of the day.Everything else went smoothly, because of Steve with every question answered. I love the old school CUSTOMER SERVICE he provides, which is above and beyond what is expected of him. Thanks to Integrity Insurance and Steve Lewis, I know I am well taken care of.
