We had home, auto, motorcycle and boat coverage for over a decade. Great service, and great people. But the owner left and every since it is terrible service. Our home policy didn't renew automatically like it did for a decade, and the new owner was disrespectful and refused to help. Then they raised our auto double what it was because we didn't have multi policy which was their fault. Terrible service and the new owner is how loses every client.

Allison was very thorough in reviewing my health insurance options. She answered all my questions and was very patient. And, best of all, she handled all the paperwork to get me enrolled in my plan. Nothing but good for Integrity, except this year they were really off by not doing their job, I went out on my own an saved about $1500 and that is apples to apples. One has to realize that Integrity draws a commission so I can see reluctance on their part if they can't make $$. Sorry but took my business away from Integrity.
