No nonsense. I said "lowest price", and I was given sime corners to choose to cut to drop the premium low enough that it felt like cheating.

Very customer service oriented. Agents are knowledgeable and listen and assist the customer in making the right choices for their needs. Saved us almost $1500 for comparable coverage over what we were paying annually with our previous insurer.

Tim Trail and Integrity Insurance is the best in Topeka, Kansas. No reason to look elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Tim was very pleasant to work with.

I was impressed with Marshall, because he worked hard to find insurance for me. He drove out of town to do this for me and I felt it was very sincere.

I switched providers due to a very large increase in homeowners insurance from Am Fam. I found a number of agencies and providers with similar prices, but Larry at Integrity had a very good knowledge (due to his experience) and took the time to answer all of my many questions.

If there was any way to give Integrity Insurance 10 stars, I would do it. I was extremely unhappy with my last insurance company so went looking for new insurance. I stopped at Integrity Insurance where I met Jan Madill, she took me into her office and with her fantastic computer program found the least expensive insurance with even better coverage for soooooo much less than I was paying. After 30+ years we made the decision to leave our prior insurance company and proudly made the switch to Integrity Insurance with my brother, Matthew Harmon as our new go-to! This was not a "being supportive" switch either!! I made him do the leg work and he did an amazing job!! He found that we were paying unnecessary insurance, added road side assistance (which we apparently didn't have when Dalton had his wreck), and full windshield replacement!! Now our payments are significantly lower than we were paying with our prior insurance company, even with the added options! I have only had two claims in my driving life, and one with Integrity. One phone call to my Agent Steve Lewis, he stepped in making sure that I was okay and all my needs were met. Had a small problem with the rental car, but called Steve and all was taken care of by the end of the day.
Everything else went smoothly, because of Steve with every question answered. I love the old school CUSTOMER SERVICE he provides, which is above and beyond what is expected of him. Thanks to Integrity Insurance and Steve Lewis, I know I am well taken care of.
