We want to welcome Tim Trail as the newest member of Integrity Insurance Agency. Marshall and Tim have been friends for about 10 years having been introduced by Marshall’s brother, Craig. Tim has been a Farmers Insurance agent for the past 11 years and was very successfully ignoring Marshall’s repeated attempts to lure him into the Independent Agent world. When Marc Coyle announced that he was moving to Wisconsin, Marshall intensified his pursuit of Mr. Trail. Marc’s leaving was going to leave a very huge hole in the Integrity team and it was going to take someone the caliber of Tim Trail to fill that hole. After several meetings including an excellent steak dinner with Tim and his wife Tammy and Marshall and Jan, Tim made the incredibly brave decision to make the leap to Integrity Insurance Agency. We could not possibly feel more blessed.
Tim and Tammy have two grown children, daughter Amanda who is married to Curtis and son Sean. Amanda and Curtis live in Manhattan and have two children. Sean also lives in Manhattan and is an assistant manager with Menards. Tim and Tammy have also been foster parents to 12 children over the past 6 years. Tim is a Deacon and on the Board of his church, Topeka First Assembly. He served over 6 years in the Army, spending time at Fort Hood and White House Communication Agency and reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant before returning to civilian life.
Tim’s role at Integrity Insurance Agency is that of Inside Sales Manager. He is taking over virtually all of the responsibilities that Marc has been handling with a little more definition to the job description. That also leads me to the extremely unpleasant task of saying “Good Bye” to Marc Coyle. Marc has been with us for 13 months and has left an indelible mark on Integrity Insurance Agency. I don’t believe anyone can every match the passion that Marc has for servicing his customers at the highest possible level. His last day with Integrity was April 20th. We wish him ONLY the VERY BEST as he continues his insurance career with Sparks Insurance Agency in Kenosha, WI.
In closing, I want to assure you that Marc has trained Tim in the fine art of making sure that you will have fresh coffee when you stop by the office. Don’t wait to drop in, meet Tim and put his coffee making skills to the test.
