If there was any way to give Integrity Insurance 10 stars, I would do it. I was extremely unhappy with my last insurance company so went looking for new insurance. I stopped at Integrity Insurance where I met Jan Madill, she took me into her office and with her fantastic computer program found the least expensive insurance with even better coverage for soooooo much less than I was paying. She spent the time needed and found exactly what I both wanted and needed at the price I could afford. I Very Highly Recommend Integrity Insurance to anyone needing insurance with wonderful customer service and great prices.

Tim found me a great rate on car and home insurance. I just purchased a new home and he saved me enough to lower my monthly payment over what USAA wanted. ThanksDown graded to a three. One of the benefits when he sold me car insurance was they have several companies. That way you can get the best price. When renewal went up a lot he could not be bothered to shop around. He said he couldn’t be bothered to jump to a different company. That’s not how it works. If the house insurance jumps again it’s gone too

After 30+ years we made the decision to leave our prior insurance company and proudly made the switch to Integrity Insurance with my brother, Matthew Harmon as our new go-to! This was not a "being supportive" switch either!! I made him do the leg work and he did an amazing job!! He found that we were paying unnecessary insurance, added road side assistance (which we apparently didn't have when Dalton had his wreck), and full windshield replacement!! Now our payments are significantly lower than we were paying with our prior insurance company, even with the added options! I have only had two claims in my driving life, and one with Integrity. One phone call to my Agent Steve Lewis, he stepped in making sure that I was okay and all my needs were met. Had a small problem with the rental car, but called Steve and all was taken care of by the end of the day.Everything else went smoothly, because of Steve with every question answered.
